Communication
We believe communication is essential. We keep our investors up-to-date with monthly financial reports and quarterly newsletters to let them know what's going on with their investment and how they are impacting residents lives. Elevating
We believe in lifting up our communities. Our team is always looking for new and innovative ways to give our residents the best product for the best price. We do resident events to allow residents to connect with each other and the staff. We also enhance or add common spaces for residents to gather and build community. Our goal is to make our residents proud to call our properties home.
Distributions
It's your money so we like to get it to you as soon as possible! Our goal is to start distributions as soon as possible and send monthly distributions of excess capital to get your money back to you sooner. This allows you to put your money towards your next vacation, child's college fund, invest in your education, or reinvest it!
Giving Back
We are so blessed to get to do what we do and we believe it's important to share those blessings. We add Apartment Life to our communities at no cost to the investors so that we can love on residents and staff alike. We also give a donation to the charity of the sellers choice every time we acquire a new property, and we are always looking for more ways to give back.
