Portfolio Management Director
Cynthia began working at Merrill Lynch in 1998 in Private Wealth Management. This is where Cynthia and Bonnie met and worked together. After 9 years, Cynthia left Merrill Lynch to help start up a, now well known food chain, Snappy Salads. Cynthia was critical in the start up, ramp up and success of Snappy Salads. In 2019, after 12 years, the owner merged with a larger company. Cynthia, at that time, decided to leave Snappy Salads and joined the Staples Multifamily Asset Management Team. Cynthia now acts as the Portfolio Management Director where she manages the Staples assets and oversees property projects. She ensures all property projects are completed in a timely manner and within the budget. She also acts as the liaison with the lenders and property managers to ensure all processes run smoothly to maximize investor returns.
Investor & Resident Relations
At a very young age Kelsey had an entrepreneur mindset. At the age of 20 she starting her own dog boarding business. In 2016 Kelsey decided to shift gears and began working for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, while also pursuing her college education. That same year she attended a Sumrok R2R event and found her calling. Kelsey left the medical field in 2021 to work for the Staples overseeing investor and resident relations. In addition to investor communications, she also oversees property events and helps with the interior and exterior design to ensure that the residents have a place they are proud to call home.
